1 10oz bag Dandies mini marshmallows*
3 tbsp. water
4 to 6 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
A few drops vegan food coloring (optional)
*You can use regular-sized marshmallows instead, but the mini ones are easier to melt.
