A classic Salvadorian dish, pupusas are quite tasty; especially when served with salsa roja and a large helping of curtido!
4 cups masa harina
3 1/2 to 4 cups warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 tbsp. Violife cream cheese
1 can refried beans (you can use homemade too)
2 cups shredded Violife mozzarella shreds
