Eating Out as a Vegan
Being vegan at home isn't very difficult; it's eating out that's the challenge. There are so many restaurants, but when you look at the menu, there don't seem to be many options that are vegan! However, there are some options out there, and they are very tasty; you just need to know where to look!
Travel the world without ever leaving the United States at Disney's Epcot! Not only can you look at the many famous landmarks of the world, but you can also try food from different countries. Here is the ultimate list of the vegan options that the restaurants of Epcot have to offer!

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall (Table Service)
The Akershus Royal Banquet Hall offers Medival dining with some of your favorite Disney princesses in Epcot's Norway.
Biergarten Restaurant (Table Service)
Looking to try something German? This restaurant offers several vegan menu items from Germany for you to enjoy!
Block & Hans (Quick Service)
Here you can stop by for the classic Mickey Pretzel. Just make sure to order it without the cheese sauce!
The Cellier Steakhouse (Table Service):
Although a steakhouse, this is one of the restaurants that offers vegan options. There is a salad, as well as an actual vegan meal, and a vegan dessert!
Choza de Margarita (Quick Service)
At this Mexican restaurant you can enjoy some guacamole topped with Mango and pumpkin seeds, served with some chips!
Coral Reef Restaurant (Table Services):
Dine under the sea with a great underwater view of a coral reef that is home to over 200 sea creatures! Although it is a seafood restaurant, there are still some vegan options!
Fife & Drum Tavern (Quick Service)
At this restaurant in the U.S you can find the classic Mickey Pretzel. make sure to order it without the cheese sauce.
Garden Grill (Table Service)
At the moment, there are no vegan options here, but my family and I have dined here during non-Covid times for breakfast, and there were vegan options available then, so I believe that Disney has removed breakfast for some of their table service restaurants because of Covid-19. This has also been the case for the Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom which usually offers breakfast but currently does not.
Gelateria Toscana (Quick Service)
Cool off at Gelateria Toscana in Italy where you will find not one but two vegan sorbets to refresh yourself with! Both servings are 2 scoops each, and you can mix and match the flavors for some variety!

L'Artisan Des Glaces (Quick service)
In Epcot's France you will find several vegan ice cream flavors at L'Artisan Des Glaces!
La Cantina de San Angel (Quick Service)
When you are passing through Mexico, make sure to stop by and get some tortilla chips and guacamole to snack on!
La Hacienda de San Angel (Quick Service)
This Mexican restaurant on the riverfront offers vegan guacamole for you to enjoy, and the plant-based chicken enchiladas might be vegan if you ask for them without cheese, so I'd definitely ask about that!

The Land Cart (Quick Service)
Find a healthy snack at the Land Cart where you will find a few tasty vegan options.
Hummus with Pretzels
Vegetable Plate - Broccoli, Carrot Sticks, and Tomatoes with Dip*
Mickey Pretzel (order without the cheese sauce)
*I do not know what the dip is. This is the description that Disney wrote on their website, but this menu item is vegan.
Nine Dragons Restaurant (Table Service)
Looking for something Chinese? If so, the Nine Dragons Restaurant might have what you're looking for! They have two vegan options to choose from; 1 appetizer and 1 entrée!
Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts and Barbeque (Quick Service)
This American restaurant may not seem like the most likely place to find a vegan option, but surprisingly they do offer one!
Rose & Crown Dining Room (Table Service)
This British restaurant serves a vegan dish that sounds tasty and you can enjoy it with views of the water and the other countries of the world showcase.
Sommerfest (Quick Service)
Sommerfest in Germany offers a jumbo pretzel as a vegan snack that you can enjoy as you stroll through the world showcase!
Spice Road Table (Quick Service)
Mediterranean inspired dishes, at the Spice Road Table there are 3 vegan options for you to choose from!
Sunshine Seasons (Quick Service)
You can find Sunshine Seasons in Future World and can enjoy some whole-wheat pita there!
Takumi-Tei (Table Service)
One of the most beautiful buildings in Epcot's Japan is the building that this restaurant is in. There are 2 vegan options, so you can dine there if you'd like!
Tangierine Cafe (Quick Service)
Enjoy some Moroccan food at this cafe where you can enjoy a nice vegan meal with views of the country!
Teppan Edo (Table Service)
Another place where you can enjoy Japanese food os at Teppan Edo, which offers a vegan side dish as well as a vegan entrée!
Tokyo Dining (Table Service)
Dine at Tokyo Dining with scenic views of Epcot Japan's landscape. There are two options that are vegan for you to choose from.
Tuttio Italia Ristorante (Table Service)
In Italy, stop by here for lunch or dinner. There is one meal option that may be vegan and an option for dessert as well!
Via Napoli Ristorante E Pizzeria (Table Service)
None of the menu items here are vegan, but they can make you an off-menu meal!
Please note that although we have done our best to find the vegan options available at each of these restaurants, menus change and options that were once vegan may not be vegan anymore, so always make sure to check that they are vegan by asking the waiter.
