My house-famous mac and cheese is a dish that I make very often for my family, and although I've created a few versions of it already, but one of the easiest and tastiest is my buffalo mac and cheese, which is creamy and spicy, but not too spicy!
1 pound pasta noodles, cooked to your liking
3/4 cup oat milk
1/4 cup "The New Primal Medium Buffalo & Wings Sauce"*
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
8oz bag Violife Colby Jack shreds**
*You can use any vegan buffalo sauce, but this is the one that I use, and I really like the flavor, so it's the one that I'd recommend using :)
**Their cheddar shreds work well as well for this recipe, but if you can get Colby then I'd recommend that one. Also, although I only use Violife, other vegan cheese brands should work instead.
