The thing about these cake pops is that you can use just about any cake or frosting combination and make it your own!
RecipeIngredients
1/2 recipe your favorite non-frosted vegan cake or 6 cupcakes
Vegan frosting* 7oz vegan white chocolate** A few drops vegan food coloring (optional) Directions
Notes
*Make sure that the frosting flavor pairs well with the cake! Any vegan frosting with a buttercream-like consistency should work, and it can be homemade or store-bought! No measurement is included since it varies depending on how much cake you're using and how dry or moist it is. I used about 1/4 cup for 6 vanilla cupcakes.
**I used Pascha vegan white chocolate chips. ***I simply used a glass measuring cup for this. I recommend placing the dish in a pot with a few inches of water to create a sort of double boiler.
