Notes*Make sure that the frosting flavor pairs well with the cake! Any vegan frosting with a buttercream-like consistency should work, and it can be homemade or store-bought! No measurement is included since it varies depending on how much cake you're using and how dry or moist it is. I used about 1/4 cup for half a batch of chocolate cake.
**I simply used a glass measuring cup for this. I recommend placing the dish in a pot with a few inches of water to create a sort of double boiler.
