Creamy Garlic Pasta

Made in one pot, this creamy garlic pasta is a tasty dish that's easy to make and sure to be a hit at your next family dinner! 

Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound uncooked pasta
4 cups vegetable broth
2 cups non-dairy milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Start out by heating the olive oil over medium heat in a pot large enough to hold all of the noodles.  Add the black pepper, garlic and onion and stir until the onion starts to become translucent. 
  2. Pour in the broth and milk and stir.  Simmer for about 5 minutes before mixing in the uncooked noodles.
  3. Add pasta to the pot and cook on medium heat until the noodles have absorbed all of the liquid and the pasta is cooked (about 15 minutes), stirring to avoid anything from sticking. 
  4. Serve and enjoy!
