3 medium onions (white or yellow)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour*
2/3 cup oat milk
1 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup vegan bread crumbs
*To make this recipe gluten-free, you can easily substitute the flour with an equal amount of gluten-free all-purpose flour.
**Make sure that none of the crumbs get into the wet mixture and that none of the wet mixture gets into the bread crumbs. If this happens, the onions will be very difficult to coat.
