Creamy and flavorful, this cauliflower-based alfredo is not only a cruelty-free version of the classic Italian dish, but it's way healthier too! Made with simple ingredients and no animal suffering, it's a win-win for everyone! Especially since it's pretty easy to make too!
There is, of course, the "cheesier" version of creamy alfredo that's also here on Vegan Empire, which is more similar to the traditional dish, but this recipe is equally delicious in its own way! It's the healthier option of the two, but that doesn't mean that it has less flavor! This recipe still has the perfect amount of garlic and other spices, letting you enjoy this great dish with no guilt at all!
I like to make this tasty dish as much as I can because I love it so much!
