The base of this "eggless" salad is just mashed garbanzo beans, mixed with some vegan mayonnaise and a little seasoning. It's as simple as mash and mix!
And with some toasted sliced bread and fresh lettuce, it's a tasty and filling meal as well!
RecipeIngredients
15oz can garbanzo beans, drained*
1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp yellow mustard 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp salt black pepper, to taste Directions
*You can use the liquid (also known as Aquafaba) to make Mini Cardenales.
