Ever since I started working on Vegan Empire back in 2020, one of my main goals has been to showcase a variety of plant-based recipes to prove that cruelty-free cooking doesn't mean flavor-free cooking. Flash forward to four years later and I've officially hit the 100-recipe mark! With everything from sweat treats, quick snacks, tasty meals, and everything in-between, there's something for everyone! Let's see what's on the menu so far! With so many recipes to choose from, I barely know where to begin! So, how about the very first recipe that I added? It was my very own creation; a cheesy, creamy, vegan mac and cheese that's a hit with my family! I still continue to make it really often, and I've even come up with other versions that are just as tasty, but in their own way, like a buffalo mac and cheese and "Doritos" mac and cheese! Then there's also a super tasty chili mac which is full of tasty veggies are bursting with flavor! Either way, all of these recipes are right here on Vegan Empire! And speaking of pasta, mac and cheese varieties aren't the only recipes for that! Fresh nut-free pesto sauce, a spicy arrabiata, creamy garlic pasta, Asian noodles, and more are all among the 16 pasta recipes currently on the menu! Among those, some of my favorites include a creamy cauliflower alfredo, as well as a cheesy baked ziti! I make them both as often as I can and they're always a hit! Another recipe that I make regularly is a simple yet tasty and healthy tofu scramble! Ready in minutes and with just a few ingredients, it's the perfect way to start out the morning! Speaking of which, as of right now, there are 17 unique breakfast recipes to get the day started! There are both sweet and savory options, ranging from things like homemade bagels and biscuits to donuts and muffins! There's even a tasty breakfast enchilada that I personally love! And later on, during the day, if you're looking for a tasty snack, Vegan Empire has you covered there too! Some of the best snacks for munching on throughout the day are a couple of crispy oven-baked onion rings, spicy cauliflower buffalo wings, and warm soft pretzels! Or how about a savory spinach dip that pairs perfectly with a slice of homemade French bread? And now that we've covered snacks, how about a few side dishes? My personal favorites are these fluffy garlic buns that are bursting with flavor! And if you want side dish that's better for sharing, how about some garlic knots? Very similar in taste, but the more presentable option! Of course, we can't forget about lunch and dinner! Aside from the many pasta creations, there are currently 18 other recipes for tasty, homemade meals that are sure to please the crowds! There's a bit of everything, from black bean burgers, copycat "Sofritas," vegetable pot pies, warm soups, and pizzas! And the best way to end just about any meal is with a little treat! My sweet tooth may be a bit of a problem, but it's resulted in 43 different dessert recipes, from cakes, muffins, cookies, brownies, pies, fruity treats, and so much more! They are all super tasty and I make them all the time...it's kind of a problem ;) Of these many sweet treats, 9 of them center around fruit, like apple cobblers, lemon poppyseed muffins, and a colorful fruit tart... ...and 16 of them feature chocolate! They're the perfect sweet tooth satisfiers for chocoholics such as myself! Just a few days ago, Vegan Empire hit the 100-recipe milestone, after working on the blog for around 4 years. With a wide variety of recipes, ranging from sweet treats and savory snacks to filling meals, there's a bit of everything for everyone!
